Consider yourself lucky if you have Leilani as your realtor. She’s someone that you want to have in your corner as she works relentlessly in your favor. I’d even wager to say that she’s a workaholic if it were not for the fact that she loves her job in meeting the needs of her client (not a negative thing for me). I appreciate the fact that she was very responsive and in constant communications at all times. She was able to find me a new place quickly and sell my current condo in 6 days. Selling my current condo was a big concern of mine as I was not sure if I could get the price I wanted AND sell it under such tight time constraints. She knocked it out of the ball park on both accounts! I’m also appreciative and impressed of the fact that on both purchase and sale offer days, she was working to the bone for us, going back and forth late into the night.
