Leilani was the right agent for us when we wanted to sell our house. She helped us prepare the house, made suggestions for improvements and even helped stage the house with some of her own items. Unfortunately, the market for sellers wasn't great at the time, but she persisted and tried many things to help market the house. She told us when offers and requests from potential buyers weren't reasonable and helped guide us through the process. Eventually, the right buyers came along and the sales transaction went very smoothly after that. We very much appreciated her efforts and her support during the entire process.
