Leilani worked closely with our mortgage broker to complete the financing arrangements, and remained engaged with us and our notary until closing and possession. On possession, Leilani went beyond the scope of her duties to arrange inspections and additional cleaning where the seller's agent had failed. Throughout the entire process, she was always available via phone or WhatsApp. We felt that she was truly our agent and acted in our best interest. In short, we highly recommend Leilani.
