Dear Lena, Thank you for all the work you did for us on the sale of our condo! Stephanie and I were a little concerned about the timing of our listing...(so close to Christmas)! Not only did you manage to sell it before Christmas...we were able to close the deal and have the money in the bank on the same day the kids start their winter break from school!
