Lenny is an amazing realtor! Besides being knowledgeable and helpful, he was also courteous and hard working. He knew our timeline was short and didn't hesitate to work with our family's needs to find a house ASAP. He was so accommodating, that he was out until 10 at night sometimes showing us a house as evenings worked best us. As we were purchasing our first home and were a little naive, during showings he was quick to offer his advice on things he noticed that we wouldn't see. When we finally found our dream home, he worked diligently that evening until 11 pm drafting our offer and going back and forth with the seller's realtor to get us the home. I highly recommend Lenny and would absolutely use him again for my real estate needs. In fact, our experience was so positive, my parents wish he was licensed in BC so he could be the listing agent for their home!
