Lenny was great, we had a very short time to buy and get the keys (about a month) and Lenny made it happen, I was able to contact him anytime. When the hot water tank stopped working after a week at the house Lenny came over in a few days and installed a new hot water tank for us! He knew everything about the house and the legality of renting the basement (we have a legal basement suite). I will continue to work with Lenny in the future and have no problem recommending him to anyone who needs a realtor. Thanks again Lenny!
