What a great experience. Lenny was professional throughout the entire process as he took me through the various steps of buying my first home. He answered all my questions honestly and was able to give me valuable insight when I was not knowledgeable in something by providing me the information that was pertinent - “needs new windows” he would say or “hot water tank old, will need replacement,” etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate. After I met him at various properties that were in my price range, only to find out that they were either rear-downs or had very significant issues, he gently asked if I would be willing to see one that he picked and I agreed.
