A very difficult sale of my older brother's home in Langley. The house was in shambles and he had suffered a catastrophic stroke that totally incapacitated him. Both myself and younger brother live far away and the sale had to be arranged under these circumstances. Leo and especially his associate, Dave Borton, took care of everything and when we finally met with Dave to signoff on the sale agreement he presented a large variety of comparables and we we able to decide on a sale price in 15 minutes. Got the house sold in days for our asking price without conditions. As well, Dave helped with numerous detail things that we were not able to accomplish due to time/travel constraints. Don't have anything negative about this veteran team.
