Leo was very proactive in keeping me informed of all activity on the unit for sale. He went well beyond in taking on tasks of both a handyman, and project manager. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated since I was an out of province seller. Even though Leo is typically a Vancouver agent, he did a great job in understanding the fraser valley pricing and trends to get the condo sold.
