I have been through enough real estate tranacions to know and I view Len as without a doubt been the most inappropriate waste of time to date. From his total lack of knowledge, expertise and negotiating skills, to his offensive professionalism and arrogant people skills, I would warn anyone from engaging in any sort of transaction and/or representation that Len is a party to.
