Pros: answers questions, responds via text or email (written documentation), friendly Cons: let's things slip past (i.e. when other realtor tries to pull a shady move, I caught it instead of Les), no thank you "swag" on possession date (I'm jealous of all the awesome "welcome home" gifts other people have received from their realtor)
