We were recommended Les from a fellow coworker and could not have been happier with his service.  He was very honest in what he thought about the houses we looked at and pointing out items I may not have caught onto.  We were able to get into our dream house in Langdon even though we had competing offers on the house he steered us in the right direction for our offer and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.   On the sale of our old house in Calgary Les was very appreciative of my attention to detail and gave me some good staging tips to sell our house.  We sold in the peak of Covid without issues and was only on the market for a few weeks before we had multiple offers.  Again his help in closing the deal was great and we feel we got exactly what we were looking for for our old home. I highly recommend and will use him again if we ever need to sell or buy again. Even after the sale and purchase of our new house I received a couple of follow up phone calls to ensure we were still happy with the new place and to make sure all was good with our family.
