Linda was outstanding.  We do not currently live in Winnipeg.  Linda did most of the leg work for us before and after we put in our offer.  Whenever we were in the city, she had houses for us to look at.  It only took 2 visits.   She is very knowledgeable and did a great job matching us with the types of houses that we were interested in.  Other agents that I have used let me do the work and they would arrange the showings.  Linda took care of everything for us - we reviewed the houses that she found for us and signed the paperwork once we found the house we liked.  She took care of everything else.  10 out of 10!
