I brought the buyer and as per my documentation with builder it should be assigned with a simple form and a 2500$ fee while the builder sent me and the buyer to Harlowe Realty and Lindsay is trying to extract tens of thousands of dollars for filling a form she does not even know how to do. Completely unprofessional and shady. Cash grab
