We sold and bought a home with Lisa. She helped us navigate the entire process for both transactions. Took us everywhere we wanted to go, and we were demanding of a lot of her time for a year and half, before we found the house we loved and could not be without. She was continually patient with us and all of our fussy needs/requirements. Honestly, our experience with Lisa could not have been better. When we were in negotiations to buy our home, we were faced with some difficult decisions due to the situation the seller in was in; Lisa is an amazing communicator. She got all of our questions answered and created an interaction with transparency. Lisa made us feel comfortable and confident about our decision with her immense knowledge and her way of making the facts clear and concise. I don’t see how we could have finalized negotiations on our home without her. Also, her relationships with other professionals in the business was of great assistance to us. She facilitated finding home staging, a photographer, and home inspectors that were also wonderful to deal with. She has a demeanour that is consistently cheerful, confident, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to speak with her and be around her throughout the entire experience.
