Lisa has been our champion through this whole process and while we aren't done yet Lisa is on top of the developer on a regular basis to make sure, we are kept fully up to date. Lisa has been nothing but truly amazing. This is our first home and Lisa has made the very scary process so much less. I know this is our first but not our last and we will use Lisa each and everytime.
