I was satisfied with the transaction and purchase of 312-202 Walter Havill Drive. However, I was disappointed with the process surrounding my initial offer on 301-80 Spinnaker Drive. The safety inspection did not proceed as expected, and as a result, I wished to terminate the offer. I was advised that this was not the appropriate course of action, so I proceeded with submitting a new offer instead. This new offer was accompanied by a termination agreement. On the day the new offer was presented, I expected a prompt response, as the seller either needed to accept the offer or sign the termination agreement. Unfortunately, this did not occur. It was not until the end of the day that I was informed the seller was still negotiating the price, which was not in line with my instructions. Once I recieved this information, I spoke to Liz and indicated that I wanted to terminate the offer. Which was done. While there may have been some miscommunication, I believe the overall process of potentially purchasing 301-80 Spinnaker Drive could have been handled more smoothly.
