Start off by saying "Good guy. Tries hard." But needs a lot of polishing in his professional communication and presentation. Every email I ever got from the guy appeared to come from my teenage daughter (who BTW knows how to better punctuate and spell. He's very personable but has a very, very big ego and thinks everyone likes him. Those thoughts make him narrow minded and of the opinion he's the best. He's not the best but if you ask him he'll tell you he is. Keep working at it Ned. A for effort, but overall C- in my opinion.
