Lorne helped us navigate a very hectic and fast-moving market. He was incredibly responsive and got is into a lot of viewings in a short period of time and in various areas throughout the CRD. Along the way he always provided helpful advice and in a number of cases, options and information we hadn't considered. We never felt pressured to make a decision and for the house we bought, he was able to arrange a pre-inspection with very short notice and guide us through the negotiating process.
