Lorne's guidance on when to list, when to allow offers to be submitted, a reasonable price to accept, and his market analysis were great. He made helpful suggestions regarding minor cosmetic changes/staging, and was able to achieve the sale price and the terms/conditions I wanted. His vast experience and knowledge of the local market (style/etiquette etc.) and the real estate business in general was evident and very helpful during the selling process. His style was flexible and helpful and he struck a great balance between providing information and giving time and space to also do our own research. This was especially helpful during our decision-making processes. The other thing that I really appreciated was that the information he provided was always helpful and never superfluous.
