We talked to a few agents before choosing Louis-Philippe. He was professional, confident and friendly. He was ambitious with our sale price and it worked out well for us. He was helpful with all steps of the process, and had a good network to support us with all of our needs (staging, finding a mortgage broker, etc). I also appreciated that he didn't disappear after closing; he continued to be responsive and help sort out minor issues. I would absolutely recommend him.
