I very rarely write reviews, however, today I am compelled to do so because the service we have received from Lynda Smith, as a Mortgage Broker is truly exceptional and very rare. Lynda first assisted us 4 years ago when we were first time home buyers and knew nothing about mortgages and how to obtain them. From day one, Lynda was incredibly kind and really took the time to educate us on the process and steps involved. We had so many questions and she was always so patient and helpful. We recently had the opportunity to reconnect with Lynda when we approached her with the idea to refinance early to take advantage of low interest rates, as well as to roll over some accumulated debt. We absolutely trust Lynda to have our best interest at heart. She provided us with the pros and cons of a few different scenarios so that we could make an informed decision. We always say that Lynda is one of the most amazing humans we know. She's genuine, professional, extremely hard working and meticulous at her job.
