We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the TJ and Steph team! As first time homebuyers, it is quite unnerving to figure out all the steps and process to buying a home. The team was always prompt to respond, thorough, and patient with any questions we had, which was a significant help to settle our nerves. We primarily use Maggie as our agent, however, it was great working with a team as TJ was able to step in and help with showings and offer Insight if Maggie wasn’t available. The team has such a systematic approach on how to manage the process for buyers, it made things like finding a home inspector, a mortgage broker, a lawyer, and understanding the next steps we need to follow, incredibly easy and stress free.
