Mahsum is an amazing realtor. He knew my vision. I was looking for a property where I can not only appreciate the value but also get cash flow out of it. Mahsum went with me for several properties and guided me to choose the best among the all. I am a very stubborn customer and it’s not easy to deal with me. However Mashum had patience to ensure that I get what I need and not do sales just for his own profit. He made me close an amazing deal where I can convert a single family house to a triplex and the house is also very nice. He has immense knowledge not only in real estate side but also construction side which made me know the estimated cost for the project so that I am well aware of what I need. Overall I am externally happy with my realtor and he is 100% recommended.
