Malektaj is a very knowledgeable, patient and hard working agent. I looked at many , many, many homes during my home search,must have seen about 25 homes, during the pandemic ,it was hard for me to find exactly what I was looking for as there wasn't much variety coming to market and when I did find one, they sold within hours, so I kept calling Malektaj to look at more and more homes , she was so patient and always willing to offer opinions and insight into properties to help me better make decisions. Always honest. She cared about ,not only helping me find a property and home i liked in the right neighborhood, but that it was a great long term investment i would love and not regret. She did searches and gave me insights on the neighborhoods, value trends and so forth. She's is very hard working, and passionate about her job working, all hours of the day and night for her client's. I remeber convos at 1am trying to get offers in. Malektaj is a great agent , she is extremely hard working, kind, and knows when to push and shove on deals, always keeping her calm, and NEVER steeping to rude behavior that I have heard and see many other agents do on regular basis. I will definitely recommend Malektaj to others, and use her again for buying and/or selling.
