What stood out from the very beginning was that you actually wanted to understand us — our situation, our priorities, our reservations, our hesitations, and all the questions we were trying to figure out between ourselves. In our very first call, instead of simply asking for our budget and preferred location and then sending us a bunch of listings, we actually talked about us. You asked the kind of questions we had been discussing with each other. That alone made us feel that we were speaking with someone who genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision, rather than someone trying to make a sale. And then you took an entire day to go with us to different sites, patiently explaining everything and answering every question we had — even the completely random and silly questions that weren’t necessarily related to buying a home! Buying first home is overwhelming. There are so many decisions, doubts, questions and things we don’t even know one should be asking. Having someone with your experience beside us, who was willing to listen, explain, and sometimes even learn from our perspective, made the entire journey so much easier. What we will remember most is that you never made us feel like another transaction. You made us feel like our decision actually mattered to you, and that the relationship was more important than simply closing the deal.
