My Family and I were very impressed by Arshdeep’s knowledge and superb customer service skills that we asked him to be our Buying Agent. After explaining our budget, preferred area, and timelines, he took the time to find us several possibilities, out of which we loved one and were able to close within 3 weeks of meeting him first. He always showed up to showings with full research and was able to answer any question. Whether it was a 100-year-old house, a new condo, or a townhouse he knew the ins and outs and provided us enough information and empowered us to make the right choices. He is always very humble and respectful yet straight forward and with great positive energy. I am still in awe how he was able to negotiate a great deal for us, much better than we ever expected. He will be our go-to person for any of our real estate needs in the future. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.
