Mandy Mogatas was nothing short of an amazing realtor for us! Sometimes this is a very overwhelming process but I truly believe we were saved from all of that due to her. When we first reached out to Mandy, we had our pre approval number and knew we weren’t looking to buy until spring but decided to reach out to a realtor. Mandy started sending us homes within our price range and we began to take tours of the home shortly after. Mandy drove all over the snow covered highways of southern MB with us. She always told us not to worry, our dream home was out there. One home specifically had foundation issues and Mandy was in the crawl space pointing out cracks in the foundation so we knew, if we chose this home this is what we would be getting into. (Thankfully we passed on that home). Shortly after that, we happily found our dream home! Mandy was there to answer all questions and promptly got back to us whenever needed. Mandy is truly amazing at what she does and leads with honesty and integrity.
