We recently got possession of our first home in Canada, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! We purchased a brand-new bungalow built by Skylark Homes in Selkirk, Manitoba, in the Aspen Creek Trails development. Manjot Singh was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us book our pre-construction bungalow, guided us through the new home purchase process, connected us with the right mortgage professionals and lawyer, and continued to support us even after possession with the next steps and post-possession work. As first-time homebuyers in Canada, having a knowledgeable and supportive REALTOR®️ made a huge difference. Manjot was always available to answer our questions and made the process much easier and less stressful. If you are looking for a REALTOR®️ for a new construction home, pre-construction home, or new build in Selkirk, & Winnipeg Manitoba, we highly recommend Manjot Singh. Thank you, Manjot, for helping us achieve our dream of owning our first home in Canada!
