We just got possession of our first home in the Devonshire Village neighbourhood in Winnipeg, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Manjot Singh. Our home-buying journey took almost two years. We viewed many homes with Manjot, paused our plans, postponed again, and eventually started looking seriously once more. Throughout the entire process, Manjot remained patient, professional, and never pressured us. He helped us find a beautiful two-storey side-by-side home that was exactly what we were looking for. Even better, Manjot negotiated an incredible $35,000 off the asking price and helped us secure a great deal. Buying your first home can be stressful, but having a knowledgeable Winnipeg REALTOR®️ like Manjot made the entire process much easier. His negotiation skills, patience, local market knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. We are extremely thankful to Manjot for helping us purchase our first home in Winnipeg. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time homebuyers!
