I had the pleasure of meeting Manjot Singh, a fellow REALTOR®️ at WinMax Real Estate Ltd., during a business meeting to discuss collaborating on some of our listings. From the very beginning, I was impressed by his positive attitude, energy, and passion for real estate. During our conversation, Manjot learned that despite being in the real estate industry for the past 4–5 years, I had not yet purchased a home for myself. He encouraged me, helped build my confidence, and motivated me to take that important step. With his guidance and encouragement, I ended up purchasing a brand-new duplex in West Kildonan that Manjot had listed while representing the builder. Even though we work in the same industry, Manjot went above and beyond to negotiate with the builder on my behalf and help me secure a great deal on my own property. I truly appreciate his support, professionalism, negotiation skills, and positive mindset. Thank you, Manjot, for helping me take this exciting step toward homeownership! I look forward to collaborating with you on more listings and building a strong professional relationship in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a home or explore new construction opportunities in Winnipeg!
