Terrible agent should have her license revoked . She was the buyer agent and met people in my house without accompanying at home inspection. She negotiated a .5 commission reduction to compensate for trying to sell my home a second time then reneged on her promise . She overpriced sake of buyers home and let her clients remove all conditions while they have no ability to purchase home not once but two times ! Feel free to follow up with me !

In regards to the house price first of all that's not your property nor you are a Seller of the property and it's not what your decision on how much that property should have been listed for however I understand your situation and this REVIEW YOU SUBMIT is a result your property didn't close.
