Marc provided a well thought out plan for marketing the property, and for determining a price. This was a rental property, and he spent time with the tenants preparing them for showings so that the house showed well. When we received offers, he walked through them with us and provided excellent advice on how to counter-offer and obtain a good price. Much of this was done while we were out of the country, which made it more challenging for Marc, but he handled it very well, and we achieved an excellent result.
