Marc is VERY knowledgeable about Prince George, the surrounding rural areas and was quick to mention when a property was overpriced or if there were red-flags and we could do better looking at other properties. Marc Posselt clearly demonstrated he was willing and able to go above and beyond to make a deal happen and we are super happy with the property we ended up getting. If you are buying a house in Prince George Marc Posselt is clearly the real estate agent for you and you won't be disappointed. He's also a super nice guy who doesn't take himself too seriously and we had many a good laugh and joke along the way which was super nice since house-buying can be super stressful!
