As a first time home buyer, I didn't enjoy my experience of looking for a new home. My circumstance didn't allow much time and didn't feel like my realtor provided much help or direction.

Reply: I'm sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. I understand buying in a sellers market can lead to frustrations for first time home buyers. Multiple offers on properties has definitely left a foul taste for buyers and agents alike. Given your tight time restraints, we did manage to view all available properties and submitted offers on 4 different properties, although we weren't always successful. Once we did negotiate an acceptable offer, I forwarded all documents to your lender, lawyer and recommended a home inspector. I'm not sure what more I could have done, but would love to discuss this matter with you in depth. I wish you all the best in your new home.
