Marcel was phenomenal! What a was a difficult property to sell he assisted when no one else would. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I do not like to drive in the winter and so Marcel coordinated all appointments for me and took me to the lawyers office. He also assisted in disconnecting the utilities, hydro and reliance.
