Marcia was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. She explained the rental rules and fees to us in detail, answered all of our questions promptly, arranged viewings very quickly, and gave us excellent advice about the best location. Since we were new to Canada and still getting familiar with the area, her guidance was very helpful in finding the right place for our family. She was always helpful, patient, and transparent, making the entire rental process much easier and less stressful. We are very grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Marcia to anyone looking for a home and wanting to work with a dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent.
