As my wife and I embarked on selling our condo (which was purchased new) to buying a home, the journey was unknown territory for the two of us. Marco and his partner Gerry were recommended, so we contacted them. Marco was extremely responsive. What I enjoyed is not only was he reactivity responsive, but he would reach out almost daily to check in on us and just spark a conversation. Throughout the process it took some time for my wife and I to learn what we wanted in a property. This realization didn’t come easy, it came by visiting a number of houses which we didn’t like. Marco was extremely patient and open to accompanying us and discussing our thoughts on each property. Where Marco stands out over the rest is his ability to provide guidance on any renovation project, no matter the size. During the buying process our vision may have gotten cloudy but Marco was there to ground us and didn’t rush the sale. He made sure we understood what was in store and even provided his honest opinion.   Marco made the whole journey positive/friendly and not transactional. We leave this experience with a new house and friend.
