For the purchase of our new property, we chose to work with Marco. He made the experience fun and enjoyable for us even though we are in a seller's market. We were lucky to have Marco's knowledge of the present real estate market and his understanding of older homes. He was easily able to spot a home with problems and a home that had much potential. His comments and advice didn't fall in a deaf ear. When we were visiting our home of choice, this house had ticked off most of all our boxes, it had plenty of potential and also had been made with quality materials which had been noticed by Marco. He was able to see it's potential and what was possible for this home's configuration. He was amazing came time to help us negotiate the price of our home. He was also able to help us calm our nerves! Marco was present throughout all steps of the purchase of our home from being present at each visit we made, to helping us with our offer and negotiations. He had referrals for a notary, an inspector and also one for the sewer back-up drain. He was on vacation and was still helping from a distance. Finally, he was again with us at the notary's office to close the deal. I don't know what we would have done without him. He was totally incredible and I would refer him to anyone that needed a real estate broker without a doubt! I can't thank him enough for all his help, support and honesty.
