Marco is an absolute professional and we’ve been very happy in entrusting him to rent our home in Ontario. We are extremely experienced landlords in BC, so we do have high expectations. Once we established a comfort and trust, it was extremely valuable. While our property was still on the market, we had gone on vacation. Despite the receiving several offers during this time — (and accepting one) it never detracted from our vacation. We trusted Marco’s summarized assessments, because they would never fail any of our spot checks. We did not need to obsess over evaluating every minute detail of the offers and contract details, because we knew that Marco was meticulous and we would always be making a good decision without needing to review every tedious detail that would simply distract us from enjoying our vacation. During the contract revision process - we also noticed that Marco suggested amendments with the intention of protecting our best interests. These were amendments we did not consider. It’s valuable to know that Marco takes initiative to ensure that we are protected. Marco is an excellent communicator. He is polite, courteous and respectful. He ensures the communication is regular and open. Most importantly Marco was patient. He understood that we prioritized finding a quality tenant above all else. We were willing to pass on candidates that simply did not meet the quality of tenant we were looking for, and he did not pressure us in any way. I absolutely recommend Marco as an agent. We intend to use him in the future and hope to expand the range of what we work together in the future.
