I am pleased to provide the highest recommendation for Marco. Working with him has been an absolutely amazing experience from the start to the end. He is an exceptionally talented and professional Realtor/Broker who provided complete support for our investment property. As we reside out of the city, managing and selling a property from far away can be stressful, but Marco guided us through every single step with unmatched expertise. He first helped us find an excellent tenant for our rental condo, and later handled the entire sale of the property once the lease was up. He went above and beyond on all fronts. He took care of everything, from professional staging before listing the property to making the unit completely tidy before closing. Thanks to his talent, professionalism and sharp understanding of the market value, he found a buyer very quickly. We are very happy and fully satisfied with his amazing service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT OR SELL THEIR PROPERTY!

Reply: Nansie, thank you so much for taking the time to write your kind review. Working with you and Kelly has been an absolute pleasure. I understand that managing a property from outside the city comes with its own challenges, so my goal throughout was to take as much off your plate as possible and make sure you felt comfortable knowing everything was being looked after. I'm grateful for the trust you placed in me, not only to find the right tenant but also to guide you through the eventual sale. Having the opportunity to help with both sides of that journey made this experience especially rewarding. Thank you again for your confidence in me and for the kind recommendation. I wish you and Kelly all the very best, and I hope our paths cross again!
