We 1st met Marcus when we flew in to look at a home (after our friends looked at the house). Markus was able to met us at our convenience and he went into great details about the house and the sub division. He was very friendly and so easy to talk with. We didn’t end up buying the house( my cold feet) but did make a great idea happen. We bought the vacant lot across the street. He is a very down to earth and kind person. He has never been to busy to answer any questions we have had, which was been alot. Lol.
