Everyone has a budget but in our case, our available mortgage is quite low based on a single person's salary. Marcy did her best by showing us new home listings as soon as they became available. When we saw homes that we were interested in she acted quickly and made herself available for showings on short notice. She was able to point out good points and bad, guiding our decision to place a bid. We have not been fortunate enough to find that ' perfect for us' home. This market is so tough. I know she will guide us to a successful home purchase.
