Marian was a great agent from our first initial meeting to the closing of the deal. In our initial meetings she explained what would be happening during the entire process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. She went above and beyond during the actual sale process recording a great video and arranging for all of the showings. She kept me informed of all the offers and gave me great advice when we were deciding on which offer to accept. She dealt with all the details between my lawyer and bank so I didn't have to worry about any of that. Then to top it off she cleaned up the apartment herself before the actual closing date. I can't imagine anything I would have changed about the entire process. I have other condos that will be coming up for sale in the next few years and I will definitely have her as my realtor for all my future sales.
