Marian is an excellent real estate agent! She truly goes above and beyond: she attended countless home viewings with us as we actively searched for a home for two years with her. She was such a sunny and positive person in our corner who cheered us on the entire process it took to find us a home. Not only that, but her knowledge of real estate (what to look for, benefits of certain designs or construction, and, perhaps most importantly, what would be a concern as a home buyer) gave us a lot of confidence the handful of times we put out offers. Marian was always prompt and thorough in her replies to us through text and e-mail, and her availability to see homes was always flexible to suit our needs. We also felt that Marian always had our best interests, as home buyers, at heart. She gave good advice and information and did not push us in terms of what we thought we could offer. She consistently portrays a level of openness, transparency, and honesty that made us feel at ease, prioritized, and in really good hands. Buying a home is a HUGE deal and Marian provided the best mix of knowledge, optimism, pragmatism, honesty, and a great sense of humour that made this long and sometimes heart-breaking process smooth and straightforward. While we are thrilled we finally landed the home of our absolute dreams (thanks in part to Marian!), the only downfall is that we no longer get to work with such a lovely person.
