We first met Marianne as the listing agent of our first home purchase. Immediately we thought she was outgoing, competent, and had her sellers best interests in mind. We felt that the realtor we had as our buying agent only cared about making money off of us. We purchase that house but made note that if we ever bought again, we would use Marianne since she had made such a lasting impression on us. 5 years later we decided to move and there was no question as to who our agent would be. Throughout the entire process, Marianne was patient and accommodating. She met us wherever, whenever and promptly answered any call, text, or email we sent. During this process she consistently went above and beyond for us. It was a surprise to us that we learned that she was doing this all while navigating a personal family health matter. In spite of it all she managed to get us into our forever home, without making us feel pressured at any point in the process. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone more.
