Marianne helped us to buy our home so my review is from a buyer's perspective. Marianne is a professional and she works hard. She was incredibly responsive and always remembered to check-in, making us feel like we were a priority, regardless of how many clients she had. Don't let Marianne's manicured appearance fool you: she'll roll up her sleeves, get down on hands and knees and get into a leaky crawlspace with you at 11pm (true story). Then, she'll laugh about it later with you like you go way back. The quality I liked most about Marianne was that she was level-headed. I panicked about a couple of things and she was a phonecall away with some options (including the 11pm house all). Marianne also has an eye for detail. She would brush things off I noticed (without making me feel small and we're later confirmed to be NBD by a house inspector) and caught other small details that could mean hassle. Marianne is not going to make a decision for you. Her style is to present options and let you pick, even if you feel panicky. Highly recommend Marianne.
