Mariko (and her partner Radner) made it happen for me! I was unhappy with my previous realtor (who wanted to do tours of multiple places in a COVID market where places sold very quickly and often for higher than listing) and I lost out of a few properties so I fired her. I'm very glad I did because if I had continue that relationship, I know for sure I wouldn't have gotten this property which is perfect for me. Mariko suggested a time clause that swayed the buyers and throughout the whole experience she was knowledgable and on the ball. I never felt the stress or the anxiety I did with my former realtor, like I had to always follow up. It's very hard to find a good realtor but Mariko is one of the best and I'm so grateful to her!
