Alison and I went into the housing market looking to buy our first home at probably the worst time in Ontario’s real estate history.  Bidding wars were the norm, and asking prices were set strategically to simply to create them. Marion was always available to take us to home, after home. No questions asked, she made herself available.  Which is exactly what needs to happen in a market as hot as the one we were in. Eventually after losing bids, and seeing homes go for thousands over asking we were ready to give up. Marion was always the first to say, “be patient the right one will come along.” Well it finally did and Marion helped us investigate some legal questions we had surrounding the property, the bidding process, the paper work to get the deal done, and here we are!
