Marissa is incredibly knowledgeable, very patient and understanding, yet also extremely firm in her negotiations! Me and my husband were looking for a first home together, and the process felt emotional and overwhelming. While out on showings, she pointed out things that my husband and I never would have thought of and deciding on a home.
